Do we need to train a model from scratch?
Not necessarily. An existing model combined with retrieval or an application workflow may fit the problem. The choice depends on the task, available data, evaluation results and operational requirements.
Can an AI agent make every decision automatically?
Automation should have clear boundaries. Actions affecting business records or users may need validation, permissions and human approval. The design defines what the agent can do and how exceptions are handled.
